WITHDRAWAL POLICY

A student may withdraw from a course or degree program at anytime by contacting the college and requesting a Withdrawal form. The form must be filled out and submitted to the administrative office. A grade of WP or WF will be placed on the student's transcript for the courses in which the student enrolled based on their course grades at the time of withdrawal. If a student leaves during a semester without officially withdrawing, a grade of I or WF will be posted to the student's transcript.

REFUND POLICY FOR ON-CAMPUS STUDENTS

     * Fees will not be refunded
     * Refund tuition:

Prior to first class 100%
First week 90%
Second week 80%
Third week 70%
NO Refund after the THIRD WEEK

REFUND POLICY FOR NON-TRADITIONAL DISTANCE LEARNING STUDENTS

The beginning of class is 10 days after course materials are mailed with date to be determined by postmark. Refund policy for on-campus students applies after that date.
